Generated Content: Content generated by AI tools (scripts, voiceovers) becomes your property upon creation. You are responsible for ensuring your use of this content complies with all applicable laws.

Stock Media: Stock photos and videos from Pexels are subject to the Pexels License. You must comply with their terms of use.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (YouTube, Pexels, ElevenLabs, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
